This October, NORTH Festival will be bringing bold new flavours to Tassie's city of gastronomy — celebrating the best of Northern Tasmanian produce and Launceston hospitality.

From Thursday 8 to Sunday 18 October 2026, Launceston's CBD will come alive with bite-sized foodie events, cheeky cocktails, meet-the-maker encounters, live cooking demonstrations, and menus that showcase the region's finest produce.

Come explore, taste, and celebrate the region in a whole new light.

Stay tuned for the delicious program of events - coming September 2026!
