Bluestone Bar & Kitchen serves modern Australian cuisine superbly crafted with a hint of Asian influence. Their vision - to take you on a journey and provide you with a uniquely Tasmanian experience.

Whether picked, grown, farmed, crafted, or cultivated, you can rest assured the team are the first by the farm gate when the produce comes into season. They are locals, the dishes you indulge in will be designed by locals, and they will tell you the story behind the local haunt they ventured to that morning to harvest the goods your dish is crafted from.

They don't just breathe Tasmania, they live it and it's at the core of everything that they do. Their interior has been architecturally mastered to reflect the local landscape, and the use of Bluestone and Tasmanian Oak timber throughout the design depicts the feeling of bringing a little piece of nature within.

They are a destination where artisan produce is blended with creative minds to manufacture a feast for the senses. Explore the menus, you are truly in for a treat.
