Mudbar Restaurant is a premium waterfront dining experience in the heart of the Seaport in Launceston, Tasmania.

Boasting a gorgeous, intimate dining room, an enticing al fresco dining space, and lounge areas with Launceston's most versatile bar. To top it off they have one of Tasmania's best wine lists, specialising in Tasmanian Pinot Noir and an extensive array of cocktails for any palate. Mudbar Restaurant has got it covered.

Their modern Asian-influenced menu changes with the seasons, and a great deal of it comes from their own land. Mudbar Farm at White Hills raises the lamb and wagyu that appear on the a la carte, alongside Tasmanian seafood and produce. Expect dishes such as charred Mudbar Farm lamb with XO sauce, dry aged duck breast with rendang curry, and Huon Valley salmon tartare.

Whether it is an intimate or casual lunch or dinner, a group event, or just a cocktail with a friend, Mudbar Restaurant can cater to your every need.

They look forward to seeing you.
