Elaia is a Greek-inspired cafe and restaurant that offers a unique hospitality and menu experience in Launceston.

Their homemade desserts and signature dishes, sauces and stocks all made from scratch, will delight your taste buds. The modern, spacious, and comfortable indoor and outdoor dining makes it the perfect venue for your special event or spot for a casual catch-up. Whether it's all-day breakfast, long lunch, or a delicious Greek dinner, they've got something special for you. They look forward to welcoming you soon.

They are also the founders of Koumozo Ouzo, Tasmania's first commercially produced Ouzo. Koumozo is a truly refined spirit with aniseed flavours distilled in a small copper still made in the central highlands of Tasmania at Miena. They have used local botanicals to make a refined smooth spirit unlike any other Ouzo in the world.

They are honoured and humbled to be part of the charm that is Charles Street and to have observed its development into a significant eating precinct in Launceston Tasmania.
