Highclare Townhouse is a boutique two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Launceston, recognised as an Airbnb guest favourite with consistent 5-star reviews.

Positioned directly opposite the gates of City Park, the apartment enjoys leafy views and easy access to one of the city's most loved green spaces. Just across the road, the Harvest Market showcases Tasmania's best seasonal produce, artisan foods and local makers.

The apartment sleeps up to four guests, with a queen bed in the main bedroom and a flexible second bedroom that can be configured as two singles or one king bed making it ideal for families or two couples. Light-filled interiors, stylish furnishings and thoughtful details create a warm and comfortable stay. One complimentary off-street parking space is provided at the door.

Downstairs, guests can visit the Highclare Estate Wine Room for guided tastings of single-origin wines grown and produced in the Tamar Valley. Cafés, restaurants, Albert Hall, UTAS Stadium and major attractions are all within easy walking distance. It's an excellent base for the football season.

Highclare Townhouse is also an ideal base for exploring the Tamar Valley wine region, with boutique vineyards and cellar doors just a short drive away.

Please note the apartment is accessed via a steep internal staircase and may not suit guests with mobility challenges.
