Accommodation within 15 minutes of Launceston consists of an American barn with two bedrooms and a sofabed situated on a hilltop with views over the Tamar Valley towards the North.

Accommodating between two to six people, the barn is surrounded by 30 hectares of native grassland and bush. There is abundant bird and animal life, areas for walks and vantage points, ample parking and outdoor space.

The property is five minutes from a local cafe, is close to the Tamar Valley wine route, and is convenient for other destinations.
