The Josef Chromy Winery and Restaurant is located just 10 minutes south of Launceston in Northern Tasmania. The property comprises a 61 ha vineyard, state-of-the-art winery, cellar door and restaurant. A renowned Tasmanian traditional method sparkling house, Josef Chromy Wines also produces premium table wines including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. The Josef Chromy Wines Cellar Door has been recognised as Northern Tasmania's Best Large Cellar Door in the 2021 Gourmet Traveller Wine Awards. Cellar Door is open 7 days.

The Josef Chromy Restaurant has been awarded One Chef Hat every year since 2017 and proudly showcases the freshest local produce. Casual, outdoor dining is also available, with our Brasserie menu offering platters and kids' meals.

Dining is available 7 days over summer and Thursday to Monday from May to September.
