A quiet country retreat for couples and the solo traveler looking to pause, relax and enjoy the stillness of a rural setting.

The house blends old and new, with touches of comfort and traditional country generosity.

Located 30 minutes from Launceston in the heart of the Tamar Valley wine route.

The one bedroom cottage sits in the paddocks of Summerlea Farm - a 6th generation owned and managed boutique farm producing quality Angus beef.

Styled with vintage and up-cycled furniture creating modest country character. Finished with thoughtful comforts and small luxuries.

Guests are invited to read a book, play a record or board game, or simply enjoy the stillness. The cottage is intentionally wi-fi and tv free for an opportunity to disconnect and relax.

A backdrop of native bushland, open paddocks, and the winding Second River, with Mt Arthur on the horizon.

A stainless-steel and cedar hot tub offers the chance to unwind, while wide skies and surrounding bush create a peaceful canvas.
