New Year's Eve at Mudbar Restaurant is dinner on the water, in a waterfront dining room lit by the glow of the Mudbar neons. Guests order from the full a la carte menu, a modern Asian-fusion offering built on Tasmanian produce, with Tasmanian sparkling, wine and cocktails from the bar. Tables are limited and bookings are essential.
